Refund Policy

This Refund Policy governs all subscription purchases made at caliea.app, operated by Innovexa OÜ (Registry code: 16856588). By completing a purchase you confirm that you have read and accepted this Policy in full.

1. General Non-Refundable Policy

All subscription fees are non-refundable as a general rule. By activating a subscription and accessing premium features, you expressly consent to immediate commencement of the digital service and acknowledge that the right of withdrawal under EU Directive 2011/83/EU is forfeited upon commencement of performance.

2. Limited Goodwill Refund — 30 Days

As a one-time goodwill gesture, the Company may issue a full refund where all of the following conditions are strictly met:

• The request is submitted within 30 days of the original charge
• It is the customer's first-ever paid subscription to Caliea
• Premium features have not been used to a material extent, as determined by the Company
• The account is not under suspension or investigation for breach of the Terms of Service
• No prior refund has been granted to the same account or payment method

3. Non-Refundable Situations

• Requests submitted more than 30 days after the charge date
• All renewal charges following the initial subscription period
• Requests citing dissatisfaction with features accurately described at time of purchase
• Accounts suspended or terminated for breach of Terms of Service

4. How to Submit a Request

Email support@caliea.app with subject "Refund Request" including: registered email, charge date and amount, brief reason. We respond within 5 business days.

5. Unauthorised Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us constitutes a breach of this Policy. The Company reserves the right to immediately suspend accounts where an unauthorised chargeback has been initiated.
